Okay all I have a few announcements for how this dinner will go & work! So please read carefully if you are planning on coming.
Our time slot has been re-scheduled for 3pm as they did not have a 5pm time slot. The dinner is RESCHEDULED to 3pm Sunday December 17th. If this no longer works for you please retract your vote. We are given 2 hours for our event due to another coming in after us.
Billing & headcount info:
Since we are a large party, Rodizio does not accept separate checks. So in order for this to work I will need payment prior to the dinner so that I can pay for our bill. soft drinks, alcohol, and desserts are extra, if you plan on getting either of these plz let me know so I can adjust your payment accordingly Because of this, we won’t be able to accommodate those who plan to come but don’t intend to eat. I realize this might be uncomfortable for some, if these terms aren’t agreeable for you please retract your vote on going. I will be dm-ing everyone today on the vote list that plans on coming for confirmation on going & payment.
I will need a solid headcount by no later than Thursday, this is to confirm with the restaurant for how many of us they are to prepare for. Your dinner payment will serve as your RSVP. Please have your payment sent to me no later than Thursday by midnight. Otherwise I cannot guarantee you will be accommodated!!!
